What we collect
If you send an enquiry through this website, we collect the information you enter: your full name, work email address, company, role (optional), country, website (optional), your primary area of interest, the type of support you are looking for, your description of your Canadian plans, and your expected timing (optional).
We also store a one-way technical fingerprint derived from your network address and browser, used only to limit repeated automated submissions. We do not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. The form accepts no file uploads.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry to respond to you, to understand what you are asking for, and to assess whether a potential engagement is a fit. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to any marketing or newsletter list.
Where it is stored
This website is hosted on Lovable’s hosting platform. Enquiries are stored in the website’s managed database (Lovable Cloud, which runs on Supabase infrastructure).
No email delivery provider is configured at this time, so submitting the form stores your enquiry in that database only. If an email notification service is added later, this notice will be updated to name it.
Who can access it
Enquiry records are not readable from this website by visitors. The database table has no public read access, and records can only be reached through trusted server-side access held by the site owner and, for maintenance purposes, the hosting platform.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us what enquiry information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send that request to the privacy contact for this site.
Privacy contact details are still to be confirmed and will be published here before the enquiry form is promoted publicly.
Retention
A retention period has not yet been set. Until it is confirmed, enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and to consider a possible engagement.
